[edit: by Top Gear I meant Top Deck]Eons ago, I mentioned I had this, but here it is. Finally scanned it up. Sorry for the quality/rip - the thing is friggin ancient - i think i was 15 at the time.
I'm pretty sure this from a 1999-2000 issue of
Duelist magazine*.
It was a one page spread - The top half is missing obviously. I'll fill you in: it had the Nexus logo, and the dude, hands on his hips with chung ryong, from the 4.0 splash screen [login area that played the Ox theme]. This is my vague knowledge of nexus versions speaking, so someone else can confirm/deny/flame me.
Interesting Notes:
-System requirements (LOL!)
-Cameos include RPGWizard, MagiPoet, KaiShan, Grazette(?) - I would love to see if anyone recognizes their char/others!
-Behind the 'Shuffling not Required' text, you can make out the bottom of the old splash screen. I've seen this image floating around these forums; I would love to see someone match them up!

Duelist primarily catered the TCG Magic: The Gathering, yet became
Top Deck after the release, and subsequent success, of the marketing phenomenon that is Pokemon. I'm unsure if Nexon ever released any print adverts in Top Deck, but it is very possible this ad is from a Top Deck that was a split issue - half pokemon, half M:TG. If any of you are familiar with Magic: The Gathering, this will ring some bells and explain the "Shuffling Not Required" text.
