You're asking the wrong person man, Im a digital media major. I'd tear that thing apart
Looks like a copy/paste job that took 10 seconds to do. no offense. If this is your first time using Photoshop then I guess its a good start.

Technically, that means he's asking the right person.

Well yeah, but I dont think he was asking me to rate his image from an experienced user but simply for the coolness factor

I'm terrible at photoshop and im crummy in graphics all together, but I could replicate that picture using paint
On a side note, does anyone know how well The Gimp compares to Photoshop?
Posted by: YanDaMan Jun 12 2009, 11:16 PM
Since I never heard of it, I'd assume Photoshop is better. Only because I've seen some amazing stuff that Photoshop can do.

Free vs megabucks
Posted by: PikuDamaru Jun 13 2009, 12:43 PM
Yep. How comparable are they in features though?
Posted by: Doctor Jun 13 2009, 04:22 PM
Fairly comparable. Gimp is actually quite nice.

Your answer wasn't even part of the question
Posted by: Adam Jun 25 2009, 09:00 PM
I'm guessing he meant that Photoshop is the better of the two.
Posted by: AceoStar Jun 26 2009, 07:55 AM
photoshop owns gimp hands down. But gimp is a great free alternative. IE. useful on business computers where you shouldnt be pirating software
Posted by: PikuDamaru Jun 26 2009, 01:26 PM
True.
I like the fact that GIMP can be launched from any ol Ubuntu LiveCD. It's very modular in terms of getting your hands on it. I know Photoshop can be haxed, but unless you're on a Windows OS, you're fiddling with getting it to run.
