1 ticket about them purging my items without a word happened to of just flat out been deleted out of their system.
1 ticket I sent out about a certain GM giving players an unfair advantage in the game... Well that was closed without a single response. Just flat out closed.
I tend to check these every couple of months but I think its been like 6+ since i last checked them. Interesting they were open issues probably back in like december ish.

They wonder why they are losing customers left and right. Forget the crappy content they are adding that adds no real value to the community. People are bored with the game. Any issues you have and send a ticket about on top of all of this gets ignored. Yep got to love Kru. 100% best company ever.

Because people like you complain until you're blue in the face yet reregister month after month.
Sure, you'll "quit" make a post or two on comm but then 3-4 months later, back at it.
This isn't an attack on you, it's more of just generally speaking.
The only way Kru will ever feel the dissatisfaction of it's customers is if we stop giving them our money every month. It just seems some are too afraid to just walk away.
