Next will be backpacks.. You can hold one extra item for only 2000 Kruna... Yes 20 dollars... Woo more PROFIT..
Silly kids and ideally thinking that kru will put it back in the game.

I would like to see the family account option back. 6 characters and you can play together.

Paying for extra bank slots is a bit ridiculous, HOWEVER; if Kru wants to make this idea work, they need to make people feel like they arent getting ripped off. As others have said, 200 Kruna for say 10 slots or 20 slots is ok but 200 Kruna for 1 slot is a slap in the face.
I know of another RPG that allows characters to earn extra bank slots by doing a quest. I would definitely go for this idea on Nexus, but I know that Kru wants to make money if possible.
Bottom line is that I think the idea is a good one, but I think that people need to receive more slots for their 200 Kruna.

I think paying irl money for anything in this game is just retarded. In WoW you know your max slots in your bank from beginning to end.

I'm kind of upset. Kru KNEW that advertisement was misleading, Kru knew most people wouldn't think of my alternate way of storing items, yet they did it anyway. Alot of people thought this was a great addition, but if you sat down and thought about it for less than a minute, you'd realize. For one thing, I define this as a flat out scam. This was only created to take advantage of people to get money. They know its ethically wrong, yet they did it anyway. I feel this is only the beginning of KRU taking advantage of their customers with this Kruna crap. Kruna was a good idea when it cost 79 cents to buy a silly hat or something (heck I bought a few things myself just for the hell of it), but this is too much. Kruna should never have been used for having an advantage over another player (even if it is completly useless). Still, are people going to brag now that they have 150 item slots open?
I could see in the future, in order to finish a quest, you would need to purchase a Kruna item. That's the day I leave this game for good.

Personally, I think they should have done it differently.
Maybe as a bonus, expand everyones account banks by 10, and then charge 200 kruna for 5 bank slots per character, up to 40 extra.
As it stands now, it's a hassle, but I'll use my second account to hold all the extra crap I have. There's no way I'm droping 100 bucks at one time for 50 slots extra, when I can pay 10 a month and have 400 slots extra, and have more characters to play.
In fact, maybe this is just a ploy to make those of us consider second accounts? haha

I doubt its server space. The ammount taken up by a few extra slots is nominal compared to everything else. Besides, all they have to store is the item id not the actual size of the image that is used by the graphic. Lets say on the extreme, the ID is pretty long and takes up 5k. 5k x 50 slots x 5000 chars = 1.25 gigs or so. I fit that on my keychain

I haven't posted in a long time, but here is what I think. If we make it acceptable that we pay extra irl cash for in-game features (yes, features, not items... but features)... then later on we may see something like... ITEM THAT GRANT YOU ACCESS TO SA SAN NPC -2000 Kruna AVAILABLE AT ITEM SHOP That would be totally wrong. In the same sense, even though bank slots are minor additions, the idea behind it (regardless of the cost) is unbearable.

Take a step back... look at the broader picture.

QUOTE(Gilley @ Mar 20 2007, 12:13 PM) People keep bringing up extra accounts -
REMEMBER: YOU CANNOT MOVE ITEM SHOP ITEMS TO DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS.
Then move OTHER items to another account so you'll have more room.

This is just a rip off of the players, I play another game and have for longer then Nexus and I have a house and a chest to lock things in and have left things on the floor for years yes I said years and they are still there and this game cost less then nexus (6dollars a mo)
So they can give us things if they wish without trying to charge us. I remember asking Delphi several times for more room in bank and he always said it was not possible to increase the size. so guess someone was not quite saying things the way they were.
