For myself its not just team balancing/picking teams. Its overall host performances. How they inforce rules, how they influence rounds. Are doors open on time? Other various situations and so forth is what im actually more worried about. You can be a bad host in team picking but be very good at hosting. Overall however, I dont see to many hosts who are professional enough to handle the job. There are a few though.
I completely disagree with this. I would MUCH rather have an event that is 15 minutes late and has good teams which makes the event fun as opposed to having them on time be discreet and great and have [Content removed]ty teams. I'm sorry but I don't goto these events to have an enjoyable conversation with the host..I go to have fun and PK.
Being on time may be what matters to you, but having fun in the actual event is what's important to me.
