Pretty much... There is something that wouldn't work, unless they wanted to go in and change the drop percentages to be even lower too, which wouldn't happen.
If they were to raise boss spawn rate, and leave drop rate as is, if you actually took a bit of time to take a look at the market, you would realise there being more drops would affect
(almost) NOTHING.
So.. I might get an extra charm once in awhile from the snake boss. I already have issues selling charms at 40k. NO ONE WANTS THEM. Same with just about any other boss drop.. Scribe's Pens/Books/LSCs/Keys/etc.. exception being Ambrosias, and a few extras of those in the market wouldn't hurt anyone anyway.
The 'extremely rare' drops, ie. Flameblade in Horse1, or a Stone axe in Ox.. 2? etc.. would have such a teeny increase in the 'chance' of dropping it wouldn't make a difference there either.. so you might get one or two more of an item that's already hard to sell in the market. Whoopdeedo.
The market is already a disaster, it can't get really get any worse. Now, if this were to happen with vortex bosses.. thats a completely different story. But mythic bosses? Who cares. omg I have an extra trigram keyset now! ...yay?
