Well if what you see is the possibility that Ilios or anyone else would ever be permitted to "pee on me" you don't know me at all... You might need your eyes checked doll (:

A lot of people make assumptions though, so really you're not alone, and honestly all it does it make me laugh, especially when it comes from someone who doesn't know me or has never met me personally. Thanks for the laughter though!

And Yan.. hahaha, you're right! I did bloodsister someone didn't I?! I'm the worst... <3

Who? biggrin.gif

Considering I was a newbie who didn't know you and didn't seriously play until around Y31, I'd be surprised if you knew without searching the forums as I probably have posted it here before. But I certainly did play in beta after being introduced to the game by my real life friend Ulin (who is pretty much the only person I've known since middle school who I still talk to).

He found out about it as we both played Battlecity, and a few players from BC talked about and migrated to Nexus when it first launched (Reboot for example), or at least within the first few weeks. Through Ulin and that crowd I wound up meeting Reboot, TSWolf, Taz, Vegitto, patalie, puppetz, etc. in the first place and hanging out in IRC chats with them, and I started playing much more around the time Reboot went back as Infantry/Bitwise.

<3 =D

Forgot you were Everclear - who I was largely unassociated with. Got introduced to the game in my High School years by an old friend (who I still talk to from time to time). He left the game when it went commercial - although he tried it out for a couple of months near the end of '98. The crowd that I got initiated into Nexus with was Hroth (and his mortal), Glenda, Greta, Leodaris, Wildhair, Kedian, Yahweh, and a few others... Through those people I met with many others from many walks of life. Didn't really associate with TSWolf and company until I returned after being banned, but I was aware of them.

God, the memories.

That's true, but I wasn't everclear until Yuri 31. I played a few different paths at once but mainly played CerebeuS in beta/3.0, after a friend gave me a character he briefly leveled up.

Well, like I said, didn't associate with your gang - but I did remember you were in it way back then (and us getting into discussions about that time era).

Yep.

Subpaths are cool? Since when? tongue.gif There's more drama in SP's than clans ever had...

If you go by this logic, Ford > Ferrari, and a WWII Fighter Plane > F22, lol smile.gif

Anyone remember, Gaul, bro, Edwins or Mr.Hat?

I think my fondest memories were in 3.0.

Camping the rat cave for hours gathering mountain ginseng.

Or locking newbies in houses or getting summoned and locked in yourself and having to shout for an archon.

Getting jailed and having to leave nexus on for 2 hours for your term to run out while you watched a movie.

Killing farm animals in the kugnae pen.

And GOD... the music...

Actually since the sp's have too much drama, get little done, hardly have any useful spells for path advancement (more for showing off/community), the clans run pretty efficent and should be considered Ferraris.

And btw, take missile guidance away from F22, and P-51 Mustang will own its ass (proven that prop planes can dogfight better than jet planes: The germans built jets first and still lost!). It's not a matter of superiority, but these are two classes of planes built for two entirely different types of engagements. Put a smart pilot in either, and they both can be winners.

Anyway, won't get into a debate about that here, but the fact is clans are run a lot better, produce better results, have bigger numbers, and pretty much created the "Community" atmosphere in nexus.

Say what you want about subpaths. They're just flashy.

They built crappy jets. But all debate aside, it's obvious to everyone that Subpaths (especially Barbarian) are simply superior to clans in every way. I may be slightly bias though.

What do you consider "subpath advancement" spells (or make up one that could be)? Give me some examples tongue.gif
